VERACRUZ, Mexico – A crash involving a truck and a bus in Veracruz, Mexico has lead to at least 30 fatalities.
According to authorities, the truck accident took place near the town of Alamo Friday morning. The trailer of a truck came loose while traveling on a winding road, hitting a Butron line passenger bus that was headed from Coatzacoalcos in Veracruz to the border state of Coahuila.
At least 30 people were killed and another 20 were injured. Police have not indicated whether the truck driver will be cited.
