Husband and Wife Killed in Motorcycle truck CollisionBarron County, WI – A husband and wife were killed after their motorcycle crashed into a truck in Baron County.

Gustav Zittlow, 65, and Cynthia Zittlow, 55 of Trego were killed last Friday following the crash. According to police, the couple was traveling on Highway 53 when they hit a truck being driven by Richard Caton, 59, of Dayton, Minnesota, as he was crossing Highway 53.

The Zittlows were pronounced dead at the scene of the truck accident.

Caton and a passenger in his truck, Jacqueline Caton, 57 of Dayton, Minnesota, sustained minor injuries and were treated at the scene.

The truck accident is currently under investigation by the Barron County Sheriff’s Department and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
